- Maximize our volunteer efforts
o Ensure that each group member is putting their individual skillsets to good use at Renew Richmond
- Complete our 26 hours of service at Renew Richmond
o Encourage each group member to commit to their 26-hour requirement and volunteer as often as possible
- Learn from the people we are working alongside
o Ask questions, understand why this organization is so important to them, and try to collect different perspectives
- Work together
o Try and coordinate times that all group members can go volunteer
- Make an impact
o Have a meaningful impact on the community rather than just focusing on the required hours
